What is it doing-cranking over and refuses to start or No crank at all nothing.

Crank but no start:

Try doing below to determine if its fuel or spark

Get a carb cleaner and spray into the carb or the throttle body on an EFI. Did it start and die? If not disconnect a sparkplug wire or 2 and ground it to the engine -have helper crank engine over-do you have a snapping blue spark? If so-you have a fuel related problem, check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel filter/fuel pump/pressure regulator and listen to the injector/s are they pulsing or hook up a noid light. No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors- Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it

No crank/Nothing:

Probable causes-see starting circuit

Ignition switch, clutch switch, theft deterrent relay, clutch interlock relay and starter itself

I changed the relay switch. If you are looking at my engine from the front with the hood up there is a fuse box on the upper left. When I open it there is three fuses. One golden looking one and two blue ones. They are on the same side of the fuse box. I changed the first blue one. When I put the box top back on the one I change says clutch above it. Is that the same as the starter relay switch? And what is the second blue one next to it? I appreciate your help.
