The car ran out of fuel and put a gallon in, this usually started it back up, but not this time. I changed the fuel filter, and the fuel pump has plenty of pressure. I am not seeing any fuel getting into the throttle body. Have not checked to see if it is getting spark, no one will help out.
Is there a problem with-in my throttle body?

The fuel pump has plenty of pressure. Did you actually check it with a fuel pressure gauge-the eyeball and thumb method is not gonna work with the EFI it requires the correct fuel pressure.

Do this put gas in the throttle body watch yourself-did it fire up if not check the ignition-if it fires recheck the fuel system. Could also be the computer is not getting an ignition reference signal and not commanding the injector/s to pulse.

How can something go out just by sitting there?
