1990 Other Nissan Models 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic na miles

I just got this car, I did a somg test already didnt pass because my check ein. Light dose not come on at all the car is good. They said, I say its a fuse because it had alot missing, but the fuse box cover is not there so I dont know what is what. How can I get it to work for the somg test

Hi there,

If the ECU fuse was missing the engine will not run, I would thing that may be it is a blown globe in the dash. You can also test the light my inducing a fault to check the system is working. Remove the plug at a sensor and start the engine. Then do a manual code read, if the light is OK, it will come on, if not first check the globe.
