Transmission problem
1989 Other Nissan Models 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic unknow miles
Aside from slipping thie transmission in a 89 d21 truck will shake violently when i start acelerateing and will vibrate between first and second. after that its fine. another thing it'll do is if i put it in first on the colum then shift to second it acts much better but still the same problems occur when in drive. Now i dont want to take it to a tranny shop because i know most are not very honest. they;'ll tell me i need a new trans when i could be a torque converter or a pressure plate. things much less expensive to fix. What is wrong with this transmission?
