Dear Sir's, This car would not run. Nissan does not have no-start charts. I ohmed all sensor, ignition wires back to ecm. Funny thing was, it had injector pulse-but no ignition coil triggering. Power and grounds ok. Long story short- another tech says you have to clean the surfaces between trans and block. Some sort of ground problem he says. I do it, the car starts up. It has been parked at different places the last two weeks, so I know it has been running. This morning-no-start. Same problem. I know about the harness problems on this car. NATS is ok. Ever heard this? Thanks, Jack Bell.

I have had tons of ground problems with this car, what I do is run my own grounds from the battery to various places on engine and transmission and clean all grounds, also there is a bulletin for wires fraying near passengers side strut tower where the harness makes a right angle turn on the rear of engine. Take apart that harness and look for broken wires, you will have to lightly tug on the wires to see if theya re broken inside the insulation. Hope this helps
