Hello -we need a little more info on the car. Is it a GLE or what? Next, stop by Auto Zone or O'Reilly's and for free they will bring a tester out to the car and check the battery, alternator and starter. Next for free they can pull the codes. Also, when you say you start it and it goes back off. Does that mean it starts and runs for a second and then dies? Does it do this when it is first started in the morning, every time during the day, even when the car has run for a while? You said you changed the idle system control, why did you decide to do that? Then last, you say when you accelerate it doesn't want to accelerate at all, or it does but takes a long time? Please do the tests for us and answer the questions and let's take if from there.
