1996 Nissan Maxima Tie Rods

I am trying to replace the tie rods in my car, but for some reason, the tie rods that i am trying to change out are either stuck, or i just do not have the strenght to take it out. do you have any information on how to remove the tie rods? special tools?

inner or outer tie rod are you trying to change
if inner then a special tool required
