I have a 1998 Altima and my wiper blades are off timing and the driver's side wiper only moves slightly and continues to get stuck to the passenger side wiper. How do I correct this problem so they move in sync?

Hi there,

undo the lower nut on the wiper arm that connects it to the pivot. this is serrated and when tight holds the wiper in place. With wiper removed start wipers and turn off so they self park. Place wiper arm on pivot and locate blade in correct position, tighten and test, if the arm will not tighten on the pivot, the regulator will have to be replaced.
