Wiper blades no longer working

driver side Wiper blade on 1998 altima stopped working all the sudden, passenger side still works good though, what does that mean? And what would be the estimated cost of repair and or replacement?

The wipers linkages are faulty and you would have to get them replaced to rectify.

Book time for replacement of linkages is 0.8 hour but part price is not listed in our database.
