1997 Nissan Altima How to replace brake light in 1997 nissa

I need to replace the brake ligt (center one on top of the back seat) in my 97 nissan altima.
It doesn't look like you can access it through the trunk.
I tried pulling the back seat up...but it seems to be a little more complicated than I thought and I wanted to first make sure this is the correct meathod.

To remove the high-mount brake lamp assembly, push the housing to the side and lift slightly. Remove the clip that holds the high-mount brake lamp to the bracket on the package shelf . To remove the high-mount brake lamp bulb, twist and remove the socket, then pull the bulb straight out
