I have a 97 nissan altima and my brake lights wouldn't go off. I had a mechanic fix this and now my battery light and brake light are on, My air bag light is blinking and the speedometer is bouncing from 0 to my speed and the car is skipping. What has this mechanic done to my car?

It only cut off once, the battery is a month old. It cut off as soon as I stopped. It was perfectly fine until he worked on it yesterday
