1999 Nissan Altima Battery light and brake light are blinki

My brake light and battery light is blinking off and on. I just replaced my alternator and battery, and went to auto zone for a diagnosis test, they said everything was ok. So im not sure what the problem is?

You still have a charging system problem-check fuse no.12 10amp in the fuse block and no.38 10amp and fuse no.E 100amp in the fuse/fusible link box. If all okay double check wiring to and from the alternator
