I'm looking for a good stage 2 build for a 5.3. I just want to know what cam, rods, springs and anything important I'll need for it to make sure it's a solid build. I'm new to this but want to do it.

Check out this playlist I did on YouTube that perfectly holds your hand for 5.3L LM7 (LS) engine rebuild. This is probably exactly what you are looking for, our engine eventually made over 500 horsepower (without accessories) and would be perfect for nearly every build.
