Where is the Neutral Safety Switch located?

I recently started have having a problem with my vehicle starting. Now it won't even turn over. They ran the OBDll scanner at O'Reilly's and said it was a neutral safety switch. I am looking to know the location of the switch. It looks like it's on the passenger side near the bottom of the transmission but sits right behind a frame brace. I want to make sure of the location before I start ripping everything apart and find that it's not there. Also, if anyone is aware of a way to bypass it on this year of RAV4. Anything would be much appreciated.

The neutral safety switch is located on the driver's side of the transmission here are the instructions in the diagrams below to help you replace the unit and see the location. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
