My car is only cranking but will not start

When I turn the key the car cranks but will not start and I will get no spark. The last time I drove it, it did not have much power when I was going up a hill it would just cut off, when I finally got home it was idling and them it just shut down. Now when I crank it it only cranks but no spark. The fuel pump is fine the coil pack and the spark plugs are new, I also bought a new crankshaft position sensor and still the same problem I think it might have to do with the ASD relay and the camshaft position sensor. I try to scan for codes but the scanner does not come on. I need help please.
