My battery got disconnected while I was driving on the freeway and now my power windows go up but then they go back down. My trunk doesn't open with the door lever or with the key's controller. My car's stock alarm goes off while driving. My door light on the dash flickers on and off. I can't lock and unlock my car with my key remote. Now my car suddenly turns off while driving.

Hello, so how exactly did this happen? Was it the negative battery cable that got disconnected? Have you had any work done to the vehicle lately? And do you notice any loose wires (black wires) near the front of the car under the hood, especially near the radiator, if you're facing the car, on your right side, near the support for the radiator. Or near the oil filler cap. There's a bunch of ground connections there too.
I know this diagram below mentions the ground wires under the dash on the passenger side, but I have seen these have loose ground wires in the engine compartment, causing an intermittent no start. Look for any Black wires that are attached to the engine block, the body of the car, or up near the front fender on the driver side. It sounds like you may have other wires that are not tight enough.
