Motor Blower intermittently stops working?

For some reason every couple of weeks my blower motor malfunctions and completely stops working. To fix it I always unplug and completely remove the blower motor, make sure that there's no dirt or debris obstructing the blower motor, and then I reinstall the blower motor and plug it back in and then immediately starts working again. It is completely fine for about a month or two before it stops working again until I repeat that process again to make it work again. What could be causing it to malfunction like that?

I have seen the blower motor resistor go bad or the connection get overheated, here is the location of the blower motor speed controller so you can check the connections for heat damage/melted and I would check the electrical connector at the blower motor as well. I have marked in red the connection point I need you to inspect. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.

I just pulled it out to take the pics and reinstalled it back in again and it's working like it's supposed to again. For some reason every time I pull it out and then put it back in that always fixes it, and then it works great for about a month or two and then it malfunctions and stops working until do that whole process over again to fix it.

Thanks for the images. Yep, that looks okay, the red wire should have power. Can you check it please? This guide can help:
