heater fan sometimes doesnt work

i got a bmw 325i 1993, my blower heater fan has sometimes its work sometimes its not, so i need to ask whats wrong with it, especially when i'm driving to freeway its suddenly work my heater fan. do think there is a problem with the wires or something?

The final stage controller for the fan speed is suspect.

If i turn on my swicht i heard that there"s a little bit sound but still it doesnt work my heater blower.
