Have a 93 bmw 325i 2.5 6 cyc. While tryin to start, it was turning over, it stoped cranking. Replaced starter. Still won't turn over. All else, lights, heater blower, etc. Work! Help? Please?

If it doesn't want to crank over nothing at all-check and test the battery and connections, starter motor and ignition switch

Thanks. Battery has a full charge, the fuseable link is good to go. Had auto parts store check starter out of the box. All connections are tight. Some where I read something about a "shock sensor" any idea what it is and where it is? Also what is and where is 'decoupling diode"? At the point, I'll try anything!
