I have a 1993 Mitsubishi Eclipse 1.8L with 140k. I hooked up a flashing diode to get the error codes. When I turn the key on I get continuous flash, like no errors. After the car has started I get a Intake Air Temp Sensor(13), Idle speed control motor position sensor(15), Engine coolant temp sensor(21) and Barometric pressure sensor(25).
I've tested each of the sensors according to the Haynes manual and all test satisfactory.
The idle speed control motor does appear to be bad because the car doesn't idle or adjust it's idle when lights or heater is turned on. I just screwed in the idle screw so it stays running for now.
Recently bought the car. Any help appreciated!

Get the idle squared away so that it can relean its target speed.
