94 Eclipse rough idle

Hello, I have a 94 mitsubishi eclipse gs 5spd with a 2.0 motor and approx. 140,000 miles. Someone recently gave me the car after it was sitting about 2 years. I bought a fuel pump for it because it would not start. Now it starts but idles very rough, its at about 600 rmp. But when I rev it up its completly fine. So I purchased all new plugs and wires, new air filter and did an oil change on it, but the problem is still there, what should I do next?

Check out the IAC that is what sets the idle, also the car may need to be set to proper idle by the set screw on top of the tb.
