As of yesterday the clutch got really lose. I need to press it down all the way to the ground and wiggle/force it to get it into gear, it grinds a bit every time. I used to just have to press it down a bit to shift smoothly. It's a new clutch, just installed by a dealership three months ago. I can live with it (i'm really cheap and don't wanna fix it) but! Would this cause damage and eventaully kill the clutch? And just out of curiousity, what would most likely be the problem? I'm figuring a bolt came loose.

Hi champ989,

Being cheap can be expensive.

If there is something wrong, you should get it done to prevent prematurely damaging others.

Check the fluid level in the master cylinder. If it is correct, the master cylinder could be faulty and sooner or later you are going to get stranded.
