The fuel pump is not coming on?

This car has been sitting up for the past few years. It was running when it was parked and now that we are try to get it going again. The fuel pump is not coming on I have checked the cut off switch and the pump and I have no current to them. I can spray gas in the intake and it runs fine as long as I keep doing this. Please can you help me out

Inspect and test the fuel pump relay to include the main relay, please check the wiring diagrams.
