Went to gas station filled tank up with gas. Went to turn on car would not start. Tried a few times no luck. Sounded like it wasn't getting any fuel. Walked home went back about an hour later to get something out of car. Tried it 1 more time before calling a tow truck. Started on the first try like nothing ever was wrong. Drove home turned it off and started it again with no problems. Does anyone have any idea on why this would have happen. I am kinda afraid to drive it. Any help would be appreciated.

Next time don't wait do below immediately to determine if its fuel or spark problem.

Disconnect a sparkplug wire or 2 and ground it to the engine -have helper crank engine over-do you have a snapping blue spark? If so-you have a fuel related problem, check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel filter/fuel pump/pressure regulator and listen to the injector/s are they pulsing or hook up a noid light. No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors- Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it
