I have a theft light blinking every 2or3 seconds, I had to replace the battery and after I think that is when it started, I dont think it was flashing befor but the car just died at a red light and lost fire and fuel pressure I changed crank sensor, cam sensor, and her dad even swapped out the coil packs, can the security system wig out and cause the computer to shut the car down? Signed.......Real Confused.

The security light with key off or out or in any position except running, should blink one every 2-3 seconds.
Turn the key to on, it should turn on steady for 2-3 seconds and go out, car should now start. If it acts differently, you do have a problem there and need to have the B and U codes read by a scan tool that can! When you disconnected the battery, you did put the negative cable on last right? If not remove the negative cable and leave off for 5 minutes and put it back on. see if this helps.
