HELLO, MY 75 COUGAR IT HAS BEEN SITTING
FOR ABOUT 14 YEARS I REPLACED ALL ITEMS
SUCH AS PLUGS, WIRES, DIST. CAP, ROTTOR BUTTON
IGNITION MODULE, BATT. CABLES, SELENOID, STARTER, VOLTAGE REGULATOR,
IT IS GETTING FIRE TOTHE MOTOR IT ALSO
GETTING GAS. WHY IS IT STILL NOT STARTING
PLEASE HELP IM STUP. THANK'S JADE.

14yrs been sitting pretty -it has spark and fuel it should be able to combust if the engine is turning over-Now why-I don't think the timing chain will just jumped timing being stationary. Lets do this open the dizzy cap and crank engine over is the rotor turning? If okay test the distributor pick-up coil in the distributor. Let me know

I TOOK THE DISTRUBITOR CAP OFF AND IT IS TURNING BUT YET IT IS STILL NOT STARTING.
AND THE PICK UP COIL IS NEW. THANK'S JADE
