Over the past 10K miles my 2001 B3000 Mazda truck with 95K miles continues to give me EGR failure codes. These codes are both 401 & 402, to much and to little EGR. I have tested and cleaned both the EGR valve and solenoid, both check good. The vacuum lines and pressure both appear good. After a code reset the check engine light will remain off for a day or so. The emissions are good and gas millage is always 21-22 MPG and truck is excellent in all other ways. The check engine light is running me crazy.
Is there any advise on this problem ?

Yuo require the replacement of the DPFE sensor. It is the little black or silve box with two hoses going to the RS exhaust manilfold.

They are very common. also make sure those two hoses are ok
