97 Protege High Idle Problem

Yeah, I agree something doesn't make sense to loose compression in all 4 cylinders way below spec. Also, I'm not sure they did a valve job eighter. The car only has 113,000 miles and does not burn oil.

The car came back from mazda, with the same report, low compression in all four cyclinder from 130 to the lowest of 105. WEt test revealed an average of 30-50 PSI jump. What about these motors from Japan? What do you think, before I invest in another motor?

When you get a chance can you give me your opinion or any experience with these imported motors?
