:x I HAVE A 98 MAZDA MPV THAT WAS RUNNING GOOD UP UNTILL 3 DAYS AGO, MY HUSBAND ACTIVATED THE 4WH DR AND I TURNED IT OFF ACCIDENTALLY WHILE DRIVING IT, NOW THE 4WHL DR IS STUCK AND WON'T DISENGAGE, IT MAKES A LOUD CLANKING NOISE EVERY TIME I TAKE A TURN, WE TRIED TO TAKE IT OFF THE 4WHL DR BUT IT REFUSES TO BUDGE ON THE 2WH DR. WHAT CAN WE DO AND A BOUT HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO FIX THIS PROBLEM? :oops:

well it sounds like damage has been done to the transfer case you have 2 options either take it to a transmission shop and have it fixed or take out the front drive shaft and dont use the 4 wheel drive i hope this helps
