94 Mazda MPV

This is a 2.6 with 130,000 miles. It use to run great but now it runs rough, It won't go passed 40mph. It will barely re to 3,000. No check engine light. Fuel filter is fine as is the fuel pump and sock. Any suggestions? Thanks

Possible clogged cat convertor. And possible faulty MAF sensor

The tail pipe was smashed so little exhaust could escape an easy fix. Thanks for the tip
