change the spark plugs,wires,distributor,distributor cap

the engine in my 1993 mazda 626 turns over but wont start up. I changed the spark plugs,wires,distributor, distributor cap and still wont start. There isn't fire coming coming from the distributor, please advise what is wrong and what can i do about the problem.

Is there power coming from the coil?

There wasn't anything coming from the coil.

Try changing the coil and see if you can get it started.

The coil in inside the distributor cap which I bought a new cap. It is not separate.
