how do i remove the cv joints on my mazda 323 1987.front whell drive 5 speed.

well once you have the wheel off and the hub out of the way possibly dropping the aframe.... cv shafts come out with a big tug, it will pull straight out but it may take a lot of work and to get the new one back in you need to make sure the teeth are aligned blindly and SHOVE it back in

i would also advise that u replace the input seal on the transmission a dealer part, that'll help guarantee no leaks i've done many cv joints on several cars and at times it's easy and times u fight it. plus another piece of advice i'd replace your inner wheel seal that's a parts store product.
