Massive sudden oil leak

My son's car has been slowly dripping oil. Then after it sitting for an hour had a big puddle where he was parked. Passenger side.

Hi Stacy,

More than likely this is the front crankshaft seal. Obviously without seeing the exact location, this seal makes the most sense on the passenger side of the vehicle for a large amount of engine oil to be left in that little amount of time.
