I think I need to replace the fuel filter. When I am driving, at varies times it feels like the vehicle is about to stall, and it feels like it is being pushed along instead of driving. After a few seconds it returns to normal.

Hello, I am Danny,

So that you know the fuel filter is a part of the fuel pump assembly which is mounted in the fuel tank. You would have to drop the fuel tank to gain access to remove the fuel pump/filter assembly. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
