1995 Lincoln Town Car Airbag readiness lights

The airbag readiness lights are blinking a series of 5-2 blinks for a series of 5 then the light stays on till engine is cut off and then restarted. In case I have not made myself clear it flashes 5 times pauses and then flashes 2 times, that happens 5 times then the steady light. Can you tell me what this code means?

52= Intermittent Or repaired lost battery feed. If you plan to work on this, remove negative battery cable for 1 minute before you do! Air bag deployment can happen if you don't!
