Hi there,

Water is produced by the combustion process, while the exhaust is cold the steam from this moisture will condense back into a liquid, look at cars on a cold morning when they first start up lots of steam, and water dripping from the exhaust, don't worry this is ok, but it is a sign that your exhaust is leaking.
