1992 Lincoln Continental won't start

I have fixed my electrical problem. Now it wont start. It try's to start.I checked the coil and I have spark. And I have spark at the plugs. I get fuel at the injectors but I am not sure if I am getting fuel into the cylinders?
Any suggestions.

Check firing order
check spark plug
do a compression test
