No park lights. I replaced the light module still not working. Could it be relay switch? Is the horn and park light on the same relay switch?

Looking at the wiring diagram the most likely problem is a bad parking light switch section. Headlight control gets its power off the same fuse. The easy way to test it would be to run a jumper from the orange wire with white stripe to the white wire with a black stripe. That would bypass the park section of the switch. If the park lights come on, you have a bad switch. To test the light side of the system run a jumper from battery positive to the brown wire at any of the marker lights, they all feed from the same location.
