Hello,

This could be a problem with a loose or corroded ground. Take a look at ground #302. It is located below the center console. Make sure that it is clean, corrosion free, and making a good tight metal to metal connection. Bad or corroded ground connections are responsible for 75% of all electrical problems on a vehicle. A good way to look at electricity is like water. Let's say that your vehicle's battery is a pond, and the light bulbs in your running lights are a water wheel, and the wires are pipes. In order for the water wheel to work it needs water to spin it, so water flows from the pond(amperage/current-electrical flow) through the pipes(Voltage-electrical pressure) to the water wheel(load-what is doing the work) spinning it. If the water was aloud to exit the circuit, then pretty soon the pond would have no water and the circuit would no longer work. So pipes would return the water to the pond(Battery-Electrical Source). In a vehicle this is done by attaching a ground to the frame and then a wire from the frame to the negative battery terminal. So if there was a blockage in the pipe returning to the pond(Resistance-Opposition to Amperage/Current) the water would back up, with no where to go and the wheel would stop turning as well. That is all grounds must be corrosion free, clean, and tight with good metal to metal contact.
I have included the wiring diagrams for your vehicle's instrument cluster in the diagrams down below. Please get back to us with what you find out.

Thanks,
Alex
