Left hand turn signals not working.
right hand turn signals work okay.
Emergency flasher works on all four corners.
Replaced flasher and turn signal switch.
According to the manual at this point it is either a wiring fault or a bad junction block. (Maybe the BCM?)
I have replaced the BCM twice on this vehicle so I know what a PITA it is to pull out all the wiring connectors, etc.
My question is, it worth trying to solve this problem or just use a hand signal for left turns. The engine and transmission is still good on this vehicle which is basically why I am still messing with it.
Thanks,
Al Ross

Welcome to 2CarPros.

Anything that jeopardizes your safety needs fixed. The only thing you can do is start tracing wiring to see where the break is. I highlighted the wiring specific to these tests in the attached pictures.

First, see if power is coming from the light blue/white wire at the switch and making it to the junction box. See picture 1.

Next, confirm power out from the junction box pins 11 / 28 dark green/red wire and the light green wire. See picture 2

If there is power, check both grounds. See pictures 3 and 4.

There has to be a break somewhere in those wires. It's unlikely that both grounds are bad, but I added them.

Let me know if this helps or if you have other questions.

Take care,
Joe

Thanks for your help. I suspect your right on the money with the broken wire diagnosis. Yesterday the left hand turn signal worked all day. Today it quit again. I will have to wait until it quits snowing before I can get under the dash to fix this.
