HI
I HAVE AN RX300 THE PASSENGER SIDE FRONT MAKES A LOUD KNOCKING SOUND WHEN I HIT A BUNP.
1. IF I GO SLOWLY OVER A SPEED BUMP CAR BOUNCE'S UP AND DOWN FINE NO NOISE
2. WHEN I HIT A BUMP OR POT HOLE A NORMAL SPEEDS I GET A LOUD KNOCKING SOUND
3. I HAVE GONE BACK AND FORTH OVER BUMPS TO TEST THE FACT THAT THE KNOCKING DOES NOT HAPPEN WHEN THE BRAKES ARE APPLIED
4.THE STEERING WHEEL HAS STARTED TO WOBBLE SLOWLY AND SEEMS TO BE GETTING WORSE
5. I HAVE HAD THE TIRE OFF 3 TIMES AND CAN NOT FIND ANYHTHING LOSE :IE BALL JOINTS CV JOINTS TIE RODS ETC

Could be the top strut mount. Toyotas should have them replaced anytime struts are done on the car. its basically a bearing/pivot plate on top of the strut that allows it to turn
