2001 lexusrx300

It seems that my suv has not enough power. Sometimes I have to press the pedal all the way down, it becomes worse during uphill driving. When I start after stopping or after applying break, it gives a jerk, the transition is not smooth.I tried BG44K, but of no use. Pls anybody can help me out. It has 105K on it.I recently bought it, so I dont know the repair history
