2003 Other Rover Models No Spark

My 03 land rover discovery will not start. It will turn over but when I removed the spark plug, stuck it in the wire and tried to start it I did not get a spark. The day before both head lights burned out at the same time, I checked the bulbs. I have also checked the fuses, fuel pump, and everything I could think of. My question is what can go out to cause the spark plugs not to spark.

Bad coil pack, bad crank sensor, or even a bad computer (pcm)
