Vehicle shudders and has no power once in gear

The problem started a week ago, vehicle started losing power. I replaced all the plugs and wires, along with the distributor cap and rotor. I also cleaned the PCV valve, the vehicle still shudders and has no power once in gear, it acts as though it is a two cylinder engine, I have also run seafoam in the gas tank, the fuel pump and filter have been replaced.

Good afternoon.

The first thing I would do is remove the spark plugs and do a compression test to verify there is no internal damage to the motor.
