This is not how I'm accustomed to seeing times listed in standard Flat Rate guides. Normally they list the time for the basic job, then you're supposed to "Add XX.X hours with air conditioning", for example, and add additional tenths of an hour for each of a number of options that apply to the specific car. These times listed a rather high compared to domestic cars of that era, so something about this model makes the job relatively difficult.
Also be aware these times do not include handling rusty bolts that break off or become stripped or damaged, and parts that won't come apart due to age, rust, etc. For that reason, many shops don't go by the flat rate times for older vehicles. If a shop does give you an estimate based on flat rate times, ask what is and is not included for both parts and labor so there are no surprises at the end of the job.
