2001 Kia Rio 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

i was checking for the hot wires to the maf sensor with (unknown to me) a shorted test meter. When I touched the wires something clicked, a buzzer inside stopped buzzing and now there is no spark. I can't find any blown fuses. Are there any fuses in the pcm I can check?

THere are no fuses in the PCM. Are you getting power to the coil?

Where is the location of the pcm in kia rio 2001 hatchback 4 cyl. 1.5 m/t transmission? I really having a bad time figuring this. I hope some of our friends can help me. Thnx guys in advance
