Whenever it rains I have water drain through the fan motor. Where can it be coming from? And how do I stop it?

Seems most American makes do this, you need to pull off the wiper arms and remove the plastic under the passenger side arm, there you will find the "rain hat" remove the screws holding it on, remove the deteriorated gasket, apply RTV and reattach the part and reassemble.
