Hi, I have a 1995 Jeep Wrangler that is 10000 miles away from a complete engine rebuild (new engine, exhaust from manifold to muffler, alternator, radiator, transmission, etc...) It was running fine but has developed a jerk at lower speeds and when accelerating in any gear. I have replaced the throttle body, plugs and wires with no change. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

if you have engine light, or engine code(s) will help to narrow the problem(s) down.

how is the transmission fluid level?
Is the RPM higher than normal when accelerating or it just normal?
how is the fuel filter?
check also if the timing is wrong.
