Sounds like the evap core and box has gunked up the drain hole, open the hood, look on the right side by the windshield, remove the plastic shiel under the right wiper arm, see if you can see the a/c evap core, if not remove any filters, and fan motor, this should expose the top of the core, get a can of evaperator core cleaner at an a/c heating plumbing supply hose and spray it into the evap case, you wait 20 minites or so and rinse with water, should help.
