My Jeep Grand Cherokee drives very good and smoothly, but a little often, the engine won't start up for some reason. My oil and battey levels are all sufficient and. I notice that every time the engine doesn't start, I hear a little clicking noise below the passenger side airbags. What does that mean?

It's probably were the relay is, but since I don't know the year I am guessing.
